From Bean to Brew: PJDC's Commitment to Coffee Excellence
At PJDC’s Green Bean Coffee Factory, we oversee every step of the coffee journey—from sourcing and processing to quality control and export.
- Careful Cherry Selection
Nestled in the fertile highlands of the Bolaven Plateau, our coffee cherries benefit from rich volcanic soil and an ideal climate, fostering exceptional growth. We collaborate directly with local farmers who meticulously handpick only the ripest, red cherries at their peak maturity, ensuring unparalleled quality. This rigorous selection process not only enhances the coffee’s flavor but also supports the livelihoods of farming communities dedicated to sustainable practices.

- State-of-the-Art Processing
we employ advanced processing methods to unlock the full potential of our premium cherries. Through the washed (wet) process, we meticulously remove the fruit’s outer layers before fermenting and washing the beans, resulting in a clean, bright cup with pronounced acidity and refined flavors. Alternatively, our natural (dry) process involves sun-drying the whole cherries, allowing the beans to absorb rich, fruity notes and develop a fuller body.

- Strict Quality Control
we uphold the highest standards through meticulous quality control measures. Each batch undergoes moisture analysis to ensure optimal levels between 10% and 12%, safeguarding against mold and preserving the beans’ integrity. We conduct density checks to assess bean structure, directly influencing the consistency and excellence of the roast.

- Global Export Reach
Our premium green coffee beans, meticulously sourced from the Bolaven Plateau, are in high demand across the globe. We proudly supply discerning markets in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Taiwan, Europe, and North America, and are expanding into China and Japan. This extensive reach underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional Lao coffee worldwide, fostering appreciation for our unique flavors and supporting sustainable growth in local farming communities.
